This page explains the terms by which you may use our online services.
By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") and to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information as set forth in the Tozoy Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service.
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by notifying you as provided in this Agreement, provided that no notice shall be required for non-substantive changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use and applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Service. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").
Tozoy.com is tied up with Facebook to find your friends so that you can rate them or use other feature.
Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Tozoy, and only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Any use or access to the Service by anyone under 13 is strictly prohibited and in violation of this Agreement. The Service is not available to any Users previously removed from the Service by Tozoy.
Tozoy Accounts
Your Tozoy.com account gives you access to the services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion.
By connecting to Tozoy.com with a third-party service Facebook, you give us permission to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that service, and to store your log-in credentials for that service.
You may never use another User's account without permission. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your facebook account password secure. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your account. Tozoy will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.
You may control your User profile and how you interact with the Service on your settings page. Tozoy.com uses your email address associated with your Facebook account and you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the Service and other activities. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences on your account settings page. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers.
Tozoy.com doesn't store your Facebook username or password. If you don't give access to Tozoy, your friends who gave Tozoy Facebook access can still rate you.
Service Rules
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Tozoy servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser (except that Tozoy grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy materials from Tozoy.com for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials); (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service; (v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service; (vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service; (viii) using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (x) interfering with the proper working of the Service; (xi) accessing any content on the Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Service; or (xii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the content therein.
Accessing the audiovisual content that may be available on the Service for any purpose or in any manner other than Streaming (as defined below) is expressly prohibited. "Streaming" means a contemporaneous digital transmission of an audiovisual work via the Internet from the Tozoy Service to a User's device in such a manner that the data is intended for real-time viewing and not intended to be copied, stored, permanently downloaded, or redistributed by the User.
We may, without prior notice, change the Service; stop providing the Service or features of the Service, to you or to users generally; or create usage limits for the Service. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Agreement, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Tozoy Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Tozoy shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User's action or inaction.
Posting and Use of Content
Tozoy.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including wall comments) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. The content posted by the users are not necessarily reviewed by Tozoy and do not represent the policies and views of Tozoy. Tozoy does not endorse and has no control over such content.
Objectionable Content
It is strictly advised not to post any disturbing, lewd, violent, sexually explicit, racism, hatred subject matters. Despite the prohibition and monitoring of the site, objectionable information might appear on Tozoy.com. All users who come across such information agree to report the abuse to team@tozoy.com. Tozoy.com assumes no responsibility or liability for such material.
Ownership of Material

By posting any User Content on the Service, you expressly grant, and you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant, to Tozoy a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, syndicate, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of all such User Content and your name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in your User Content, in whole or in part, and in any form, media or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, for use in connection with the Service and Tozoy's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each User of the Service a non-exclusive license to access your User Content through the Service, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Content as permitted through the functionality of the Service and under this Agreement.

Except for Content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any content appearing on or through Tozoy.com.

Other information posted by Tozoy.com is completely owned by Tozoy.com and its licensors. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, replicating this content for any purposes. All content, services, applications are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other local laws.
Copyrighted Material
Tozoy.com respects the copyright law and all its members should ensure that no copyrighted material on which the user doesn’t have any rights be posted by him/her on Tozoy.com. The user who has posted such material takes complete responsibility and liability.
If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on Tozoy in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, we request you to immediately contact us at team@tozoy.com. We request you to also provide any info that would prove the accuracy of your claim and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Tozoy.com will immediately evaluate and remove the content from the website along with banning the user who has posted that content on Tozoy.com
Non-commercial Use
Tozoy.com is for the personal use of Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Tozoy.com.
Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the our site, including collecting user graphs, user photos, usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Tozoy.com is prohibited.
Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges.
Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Tozoy.com.
Illegal Activities
It is agreed by the users not to use Tozoy.com for any kind of illegal activities, like sexual solicitation, financial traps, solicitation of personal info, threatening, obscene or defamatory activities, sexual imagery, stalking, Virus, automated scripts which will add friends, write comments onto individual profiles and their content, using others account information, posting copyrighted and pirated material, chain letters, spamming, photos or information of other persons for which you do not have explicit acceptance and etc.
Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions on Tozoy.com. Tozoy.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
Privacy

Security
Tozoy.com cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

Limitation on Liability

NOT WITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, TOZOY.COM LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO TOZOY.COM FOR THE TOZOY.COM SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Tozoy.com, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Tozoy.com in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Content that you post on the our Website or through the Services causes Tozoy.com to be liable to another.
